LO: To form a sequence using balances, jumps and rolls

Think back to our last PE lesson where we talked about sequences (a series of moves put together in a particular order.)

Can you practise the different jumps and balances: Star jump, tuck jump, straight jump (When you land, can you balance and hold it for 5 seconds?)

Now try the following rolls: pencil roll (stretched out straight with arms up, egg roll (knees tucked up in a ball, teddy bear roll (sat up legs apart, rolling back and up again keeping legs straight)

Now can you form a sequence of moves including 1 jump, 1 balance and 1 roll? Can you teach your sequence to some one else?
