Maths

This week we are learning about circles and triangles.  Look for both shapes in the home and local environment and focus on the vocabulary associated with each shape: one curved side and three straight sides.

Literacy

We are learning to appreciate what makes each of us special and how to be kind to others. Watch the story of the story 'The Rainbow Fish' and discuss how each character was special and why they did not like the rainbow fish at first. Write a list of words to describe how we are special and unique using the sounds we know to spell each word and draw a self-portrait.
