Look at the youtube video below to refresh your memory about shapes. We have looked at 2D and 3D shapes before but this was in the Autumn term so it'll be good to refresh your memory.

Wednesday
Today's lesson is all about recognising 2D shapes. This should hopefully be an easy activity, so challenge your children by asking them to explain how they know it is the shape they say it is. Alos, encourage your child to learn how to spell the names of each shape independently.

Thursday
Today's lesson is all about sorting 2D shapes. Again I'm hoping that it will be fairly simple, so challenge your child by asking them to describe the properties of each shape. How many sides/corners/edges does it have?
