As you may have seen in the news recently, zoo's have found themselves in financial trouble. Whilst we are not asking to raise money for these organisations, we thought it would be a good idea for our school community to find out a bit more about animals and the danger in which many find themselves - through no fault of their own.

 

The above learning packs, are aimed at KS2 children, but the animal facts and pictures can be enjoyed by all ages.

 

It would be great if children could research information about an endangered animal. Then, they can present this information for their class teacher however they wish.
Some ideas include:

A PowerPoint
A piece of art
An informative piece of writing

A presented video

A narrated series of images
 

The possibilities are numerous, but we would love to see as many of the children getting involved as possible. Please e-mail your class teacher your completed work by Wednesday 1st July.
