LO: To understand how the Holy Spirit changed the disciples.

Discuss Pentecost with your child and re-cap some of the symbols we associate with this festival (the colour red used in church, wind, flames, dove) and some of the key events of the story. Talk about how the Holy Spirit changed the disciples. 

Make the Holy Spirit Dove - talk about how the dove is a symbol of the Holy Spirit (and can be seen on candles in church) - and write key words to describe the changes in the disciples e.g. brave, courageous, confident, faithful etc.
