Alton Castle
15 to 17 September 2014
Years 5 and 6 had a wonderful time at Alton Castle. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed an awesome retreat which helped prepare us for the year ahead.
We enjoyed activities such as rock climbing, orienteering, trekking, cycling and survival. The night line was scary but fun! Each day we had hearty meals to help keep us going and a comfy bed at night. One night we were able to pray under the stars in the observatory. Our souls were nourished through Mass and prayer while our friendships were strengthened and our faith deepened.
