We had a virtual visit from Deacon Owen who told us how he was called by God to serve as a Deacon.  Sr. Michaela also told us about her journey to becoming a nun. They answered our questions about what activities they did in their daily work and about the special clothes they wear.

We looked at the roles that a Priest performs in our community and role-played the Sacrament of Baptism. We thought about our vocations and drew pictures and wrote sentences about how we would help others when we grow up. Outside, we built churches from our large construction blocks.

We also learnt about St Joseph and gave ideas why we think he was chosen by God to care for the Holy Family. We used a variety of adjectives to describe him.
