This week we will be learning to blend sounds by playing sound games. The children will be introduced to our frog, Fred, who speaks using sounds and helps us to learn to read and write using phonics. There are some videos below which demonstrate some of these games but you could adapt these and play similar games with your child daily.

We will also be looking at pictures which will support letter formation when we learn to write.  Look at the pictures using the prompts below each to discuss them so that they are familiar to your child.
