Read the story of Cinderella and compare similarities and differences with the CBeebies pantomime version.

Through the week read a variety of fairy tales e.g. Little Red Hiding Hood, Jack and the Beanstalk, The Three Billy Goats Gruff, Hansel and Gretel, The Princess and the Pea etc (you may be able to find these stories online or on Youtube). Talk about what we know about fairy tales.

Make a magic wand like the fairy god mother - what wish did she grant for Cinderella? What wish would you want granted if you had a magic wand? Who else has magic wands?
