Alton Castle Residential Trip
6 to 8 July 2007
For many years now, Year 6 have been going to Alton Castle for a spiritual retreat. We share this trip with Holy Family Primary School. A number of youth workers lead the children in the activities and open their eyes to the beauty in God's world. (This year some of our Year Five pupils were allowed to go as a number of Holy Family children could not attend the retreat).
It was an enjoyable, faith enriching trip for children and adults alike.
The children would like to thank Mrs Duffy, Mr McConnell and Miss Johnson for giving up their time to spend the weekend with them.
We would also like to extend our thanks to the staff and children from Holy Family School for helping to make the weekend so special.
