The Big Brummie Camp Out 2020 - Supporting SIFA Fireside

SIFA Fireside is a homeless charity in Birmingham,  It was founded by a Catholic nun, Sr Sabina, who worked tirelessly to support the homeless in our city.  The charity aims to create a city free from homelessness, where everyone can access the services they need to live well.  They do this by supporting adults who are homeless and vulnerable by meeting their immediate needs, access to showers, a meal and a health clinic, but also their long-term needs - helping them to work towards a brighter future.  They have given countless people a step up to overcome obstacles so they could move forwards in life. 

On Friday 8th May 2020 Sifa Fireside are holding the 'Big Brummie Campout' to raise funds.  As a school we would like to support SIFA Fireside by camping out at home! Whether you’re pitching a tent in the garden, building a DIY den on your balcony, or creating a cushion castle in the living room, everyone can get involved!  See the link for ideas and information to donate and support. 

As part of the camp-out it would be lovely to pray together for the homeless and those in need, below are prayers you could share together - or you could write your own to share.
