PATHS: Aim: To consider what your ‘personal mountains’ are and how you can overcome them.
I would like you to take the time to think about anything you are finding hard or challenging at the moment. These things can be called our 'personal mountain' because it may be hard to think about climbing to the top or reaching the goal.
You can create a mind map of you ideas or just talk to someone in your household, try to answer these questions:
1. What is your challenge or what are you feeling worried/over whelmed about?
2. What is it about this that seems too hard or difficult?
3. What could you do to ensure you climb the mountain and eventually reach the top?
4. How do you think you will feel once you have reached your goal?
